Included in Full Birth Package, or can be a la carte.
This isn’t just a class—it’s a space where you’ll feel supported, seen, and prepared for one of the most important days of your life. In my childbirth education class, we’ll walk through what labor really looks like, explore comfort techniques that actually help, discuss the stages of labor, and talk honestly about what happens after baby arrives.
Whether you're feeling excited, nervous, or somewhere in between, you’ll leave feeling informed, empowered, and more connected to your body, your baby, and your support team.
Postpartum Prep
$49
Included in Full Birth Package, or can be a la carte.
Many new moms express that their regret after having a baby is not being better prepared for the postpartum period.
The fourth trimester can be quite challenging, for first-time moms and those with multiple children, as they juggle caring for a newborn.
In my 45-minute Postpartum course, we thoroughly explore what to anticipate during those initial days and weeks and how to prepare in advance. I provide an honest perspective to ensure you’re not taken by surprise and know exactly what to expect during the fourth trimester.
